The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, the standard of the hotel exceeded my expectations and the location was very good. Yes the room was small but we knew that as it was clear on the website. However that did not deter us from having a very positive experience.

  This hotel was great, excellent location near the S-Bahn station and near the MarienPlatz you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants near by (walking distance). The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were extremely clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful.   The Front Desk Staff were wounderful, with a positive attitude, and went the extra mile. All info about cultural sites, flights, taxis, and logistics is available instantly. The breakfast buffet was wounderful. The Garden Restaurant is fantastic. The Blue Spa is the answer after a long day. Shopping, churches and museums are within 1km.   Hotel was lovely, the staff were great the room was a good size. It has an old world feel to it. Good location. It is a five minute walk to the main christmas Market, and the subway is right outside of the hotel. - The standard of 5 stars was strictly respected
