  Everyone was wonderful, in all aspects from check in to check out. The concierge prepared an itinerary for the rest of our trip that was most impressive. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again. - Excellent service

  This hotel was great, excellent location near the S-Bahn station and near the MarienPlatz you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants near by (walking distance). The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were extremely clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful.   Very nice staff. Rooms surprisingly roomy, big even when compared to US hotels. Breakfast was outstanding with multiple abundant choices. Excellent location with very close trnasportation options. The "apartment" was excellent for our family easily acoomodating the 4 of us. It is located very near the Hofbrauhaus (and other eating & drinking places such as Augustiner and Hard Rock), which are all very easy to walk to. Most of the top sights of Munich are right nearby. The same is true of many of the best restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful with reservations, including getting us excellent seats at a very popular performance of Rigoletto, which was right around the corner. They also selected and reserved a perfect restaurant for our first night in the city. Very nice!
