Excellent location, very close to train station and many restaurants...just a few steps to the lovely lake area. Very nice interior. Excellent cleaning of the room. Great shower - waterfall like! Minibar and Safe in every room. 2 MACs for free internet access available. Free and well functional Wi-Fi too in room. Snugly music lounge with a lot of vinyl you can listen to. Records are not locked up! >> Something I've never seen before! You can even smoke in there - doesn't stink at all due to good airing!
Smoking rooms are available in hotel. (Ask for it when you book) Staff is super friendly.

The walk from the train station does involve passing by several "exotic" shops and streetwalkers, but this is germany, and any hotel near to a railway station is going to involve an interesting walk.
