The location is very close to the central station, it's in a street with peepshows etc. but there are more hotels in the street and you don't feel unsafe. Incredibly kind, attentive and friendly staff. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean in a timely fashion. Everything you needed (ex. an umbrella on a rainy day or dry cleaning) was available without a second thought. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!

clean rooms,friendly staff, near city center,quiet place, - Staff were excellent and willing to assist. Room was an apartment and excellent size for family of four. Not far from main rail station and then walk onto attractions or train trip to Fussen. Minor issues only, but an excellent place to stay.

Best hotel we had on our trip. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious = excellent value for money! Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then.
