loved this hotel! We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Don't be deceived by the surroundings when you walk down the street to the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is excellent with great choice and very fresh.
Location walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and therefore easy to get any where in Munich via the U bahn and S bahn.

It was my first time at a hostel and I was kind of hesitant at the start, but the staff made me feel comfortable right off the bat. Staff was very very friendly and helpful for directions and food hunt. Rooms are clear and quite enough, also depending on who are your room mates. I wasn't very lucky about this, one lady was screaming very loudly in the bathroom early in the morning and two guys wanted to keep the conditioner on at 19°: was very freezing...
Alltogether a very good experience in comparison with the few money paid. Also, the breakfast (it needs some € 4.50 extra) is international and very good.

We have stayed there now 3 times. The location is excellent, the room is lovely and quite and the decor is lovely and modern and bright - Staff was very friendly and accomidating. Very good buffet breakfast.

New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street.
I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

We also liked paying for hotel on completion of stay and not having to pay in full when reservation was made! - The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are superb, and the hotel location was excellent - central for all transport etc.

Excellent situation. Comfortable hotel with a delicious and varied breakfast. On top a travel card for city transport. Excellent value for money. - Everything. Close to the banhof, very friendly service, very good price,free wireless internet and very good breakfast choices
