Travellers Paradise.
This 'Gite' is a lovely guesthouse with nice rooms, really comfy beds (ergonomic beds to position yourself perfectly for sleep!), clean and modern bathrooms and great character.
We are 23 years old and stayed 3 nights. It was hot weather but the rooms stayed cool and had a quiet roof light fan for the night - very nice.

We had a lovely experience at Christine and Bruno's place. It was much more than expected. Christine has gone to a lot of trouble decorating the room and making sure her guests are very comfortable. Both her and Bruno were very welcoming hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The accommodation is very close to the lovely picturesque town of Sarlat.It is within easy walking distance to the centre. This is truly value for money and I highly recommend

Comfortable room in your own little garden oasis. Even though it's extremely close to the city centre, you never feel that way as it's like a little haven away from the bustle of crowds and noise. Very accommodating and sweet hosts who were patient with my atrocious French and always ready to help. Considering the dismal breakfast choices in Sarlat, I was very thankful I opted for the breakfast every morning. It not only tied me over for lunch but on several days replaced my lunch! Would happil

We had a relaxing two night stay at Petit Manoir Meysset in November.
Our host, Suzette, spoke French and our home language (Aussie) which
meant we had plenty to discuss. We received an upgrade to a beautiful,
big room that was very well appointed. Breakfast, which costs extra but
is well worth the €7 each, was delicious and filling. The Dordogne
region is amazing! It requires a much longer visit than we could manage.

The staff is friendly although she speaks no English. We communicate in body language. The room is clean and comfort and is value for money. It is located near a main road north of Sarlet and it takes about 15 minutes drive to Sarlet. It is difficult to park a car in the town. So it is good to have free parking in this motel. It is convenient to drive to visit the areas around Sarlet.
