  We loved the hotel for its architecture and gardens. The 16th and 17th century buildings were absolulely amazing. We also love the old world charm of the bedrooms and the comfort that the hotel had. The bed was so comfortable that we wanted to take it with us and the service and friendliness of the staff was very refreshing. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They spoke fluent English and did everything they could to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was beautiful and cozy. We extended our trip from 3 to 5 nights because we fell in love with Hotel Le Cep and Beaune.

  I loved staying in this hotel. Just about everything in this place was right. Friendly reception, nice and spacious room and bathroom, good food etc. I will certainly go there again! - Everything was just perfect - from the friendly staff to the accommodation. And all in a beautiful location. Ask to see the extraordinary 'Dôme du Cosmos' room.

  We loved everything. On another visit would ask for river view. Our room was very comfortable but we were in the part of hotel through tunnel and under road which did not offer any nice view.   Clean, comfortable and friendly hotel in a stunning location in the heart of Chablis. The room was large, with an excellent bathroom and aircon which was essential as the outside temperature during our stay reached 35 degrees! The gourmet restaurant was expensive but justified ite table distinguee status. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very well appointed too. The Dining Room was amazing. We had a gorgeous evening meal. Breakfast was a treat too. - Stylish hotel in nice little town. Looking at previous reviews I think it must now have been re-decorated. Stayed in main part this time where rooms are smaller but still with good facilities. Restaurant is high quality but not for budget guest. Staff are efficient and polite.
