  The place is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast (on the terrace, overlooking the valley) was marvelous, probably the best (freshly baked!) croissant I had in my life. We also love the old world charm of the bedrooms and the comfort that the hotel had.   I loved staying in this hotel. Just about everything in this place was right. Friendly reception, nice and spacious room and bathroom, good food etc. I will certainly go there again! - Everything was just perfect - from the friendly staff to the accommodation.   Clean, comfortable and friendly hotel in a stunning location in the heart of Chablis. The room was large, with an excellent bathroom and aircon which was essential as the outside temperature during our stay reached 35 degrees! Looking at previous reviews I think it must now have been re-decorated. Stayed in main part this time where rooms are smaller but still with good facilities. Restaurant is high quality but not for budget guest. Staff are efficient and polite.
