The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours. Kitchen was a great addition. Even thought the reception was closed they had a way fr you to check in after hours.. I loved having a nice hot bath! Exceptionally welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable reception. Breakfasts were especially enjoyable in the sunny dining room overlooking a beautiful mansion. Breakfasts were also good value & tasty--fresh pastry & bread, fresh fruit & yogurt, good coffee & selection of tea. Our studio was clean & spacious and quiet. Great location for visiting both ville d'hiver and ville l'ete and the waterfront.
