The room is clean and located centrally. It is right next to Tauzia tram station and a few minutes away from Gare St. Jean main train station, both pretty much get you to anywhere in Bordeaux and around. -
This hotel was most adequate. We enjoyed our stay and all was fine. We only stayed the one night.

Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. -

There are rooms on the 3rd floor with big balconies. We were on the 4th floor, with at least a good view and big windows. Public parking at one- minute walking distance

The hotel is charming and well located to explore the city by foot.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The rooms were comfortable although not very big. We loved the Hermes toiletries and the macaroons at night. There was a lot of attention to details.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful.
The facilities in the room are excellent - lots of power sockets, excellent toiletries, availability of fresh fruit, wine, well stocked mini bar.
The hotel is right in the centre of Bordeaux.
The wine bar in the hotel is excellent as was the breakfast

Location to vineyards (anything from 20 minuites to 1 hour to Pauillac) One of the reviews mentioned not being close to food. Outside the hotel at about 10 minutes there are a few restaurants. The hotel was excellent in all respects. The room was the largest I hadin the nine places I stayed in France. The staff was friendly and fluentin English. There is ample parking inside the gate. Easy access toshopping, food, the chateau. Overnight laundry service, but I used thelaundromat around the corner. Wifi was straight forward and easy to use

The hotel was of a very good standard and couldn't fault it. 5 minutes walk into Sarlat. Plenty off road parking. Everything I requested about the bedroom, I automatically got. Didn't have breakfast their but the Dining Room looked very nice. I do think 12 Euros is quite alot for breakfast but is the same price in all the hotels we stayed at.

Liked everything about hotel... exceptional quality at a reasonable price. - Free shuttle to/from airport. Swimming pool for kids. Nice restaurant. Close to airport. Bus stop for Bordeaux town directly outside hotel. Staff extremely helpful.
