Stayed for 4 nights so couldve been nice if the hotel had offered us mountain facing rooms as rooms facing street can get a bit disturbing.   The owners were very accomidating. They graciously didn't charge us for the first night for which we were unable to stay there because we had train problems.   I am delighted to say that in a town that is predominantly visited by narrow minded Catholic pilgrims that my Civil Partner and I had no problems witht the Hotel Océan in Lourdes, so the listing of Gay Friendly is very true. The Pizzaria is excellent.

  I chose this hotel because of the evaluation here on the site, which was good. In fact I was not disappointed. The staff is really, I mean REALLY, nice, always ready to help. The facilities are basic but comfortable. Everything is very clean. The cost benefit is very good!
