  The rooms are ok - but not the biggest.. ;-) The location is near the "main street" in Lourdes. "La Grotte" is 800m away - but you can walk through a street full of restaurants, pubs, ice bars, etc. - friendly and well-mannered staff. efficient and hazzle free check in and out.A pleasing stay.

  The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The staff are absolutely charming and great humoured and food provided for breakfasts and evening meals is fresh and well presented. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

If you are driving, forget the GPS, they keep changing one way streets and it can - Excellant location, only 10mins max (slow walk) to the sanctuary, thus, providing a tinge of quietness. Its near but not too near like just opposite the sanctuary kinda near. Excellant service from all reception staffs. Very helpful. Reception staffs being able to speak and understand english relatively well. English speaking travellers will have no problem in communicating with them.
