The location was excellent for tourists. It was close to many good restaurants, the Tourist office, and beautiful shops. The staff was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. -
The staff, all of them, we're friendly, courteous and helpful.

Great hotel. The staff, the location and the facilities were all impressive. We had a room with a lovely view of the River and overlooking old Lyon. We extended the stay by one night and were able to keep the same room (which had a seriously massive bed!) with no fuss. There was a nice little bar downstairs which was good for a pre-dinner drink. Smack right at the beginning of the shopping district and endless choices of gastronomical cuisines to select around the hotel.

all major attractions. Very nice and kind personnel: offered a bottle of
cold water upon arrival, fast check-in, always with a smile. The
breakfast is included and is very good (some bacon and cheese and many
french pastries).

Also very clean. Did not care for the breakfast.Over all very good for the money!

Lovely comfortable bed, large bathroom with everything needed,
toiletries supplied, a great welcome from Vincent who gave wonderful
advice on what to visit and where to eat. Apartment is a studio but
huge. Three flights of stairs and low ceilings were fun to navigate, and
made us feel like we were really in Lyon old town. Could not be better
