The location was excellent for tourists. It was close to many good restaurants, the Tourist office, and beautiful shops. The staff was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. -
The staff, all of them, we're friendly, courteous and helpful.

Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła i pomocna - We loved this hotel. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and the Orangerie Park next door was a delight. The breakfast was extensive and included hot eggs and sausages. Our room was large, as was our balcony. Street parking was easy and close. The bar area in the lobby provided free wi-fi. -

Great hotel. The staff, the location and the facilities were all impressive. We had a room with a lovely view of the River and overlooking old Lyon. We extended the stay by one night and were able to keep the same room (which had a seriously massive bed!) with no fuss. There was a nice little bar downstairs which was good for a pre-dinner drink.
