  This is a brand new hotel so the hotel is spotless. It is an easy walk into the centre. There is parking facilities available on site. Breakfast was included in the price so very good value for money. I would stay here again. - Convenient low-cost secure underground parking and breakfast are a definite plus!!

  We wanted a quiet hotel that provided a base to visit Normandy. The location of the hotel just outside the city center is fine with easy access to everywhere. Parking was easy and our room was large and spacious with good facilities.This hotel met all of our expectations, the whole spacious ambiance has a really nice look and feel to it. If I had a complant, it would be about internet access. We were allowed to use the manager's computer to print off a reservation, but only because she was not there on the weekend. The restaurant, while expensive, was well worth it. The best meal I had in France, by any measure. Very much a boutique hotel, it is only four years old, while the restaurant is 18 and on the current Michelin list for 2013. Parking is free, and easily accessible behind the building. I recommend this hote

  Hotel is definitely good value for money, clean and convenient. Unlike some other reviewers, we did not have a problem locating it. As long as you have up-to-date satnav maps, you should be fine (the whole area is a newish development, so probably not on the older maps). In fact it is just a few minutes off the N814 Caen ring road.
