  Staff was very accomodating. Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. They provided a map of the city and directions to local sites.   This is a lovely hotel set about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Biarritz. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary but comfortable style and is beautifully clean and tidy throughout.   We found the hotel very easily which is not always the case. The check in proceedure was quick and polite also the check out the next morning.We found our room extremely clean and well equipped. - Staff helpful and efficient.

  The owners of Le Gamaritz were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for restaurants and places to go. The accommodation was comfortable. We stayed in a family room which had a double bed and 2 pull out beds which were actually really comfortable.   The hotel staff were excellent and the position on Milady good - not too busy with access to a nice beach - The restaurant had a good range of food, and it's very resonable if you take their menu of the day. The proximity to the highway was excellent if you're using Biarritz as a base.
