  Staff was very accomodating. Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. They provided a map of the city and directions to local sites. Very quiet, great water pressure in the shower, and the whole place smells lovely (of lavender). A very nice experience.

  This is a lovely hotel set about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Biarritz. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary but comfortable style and is beautifully clean and tidy throughout.   We found the hotel very easily which is not always the case. The check in proceedure was quick and polite also the check out the next morning.We found our room extremely clean and well equipped. - Staff helpful and efficient.

  Very friendly warm reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely continental breakfast. - Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Superb Location. We will hopefully return for a longer stay.
