Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its

The staff at breakfast are -
probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

Staff polite and attentive (special thanks for Christinne at the reception, trully a pleasure to deal with). Good breakfast at the main restaurant. Lovely cafe in the lobby by the elevators - good coffe and cakes. I recomment pool view rooms as square view tend to be a bit noisy. Passing judgement on a hotel in Egypt in a time of crisis is tricky. Do
you commend them for maintaining standards when there are few visitors -
there js even WiFi in the rooms now, and it works most of the time - or
do you comment on the fact that shop has closed, breakfast is less

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower.
It was very pleasant sitting in the floating bar/restaurant and watching the world go by on the river.

I liked about everything in this hotel. It was very clean, well situated, the staff was correct and friendly and the room was very quiet (not always so in Cairo). - The room, hotel staff very helpful and kind, I was made to feel very welcome and would stay with this hotel again.
