The location was excellent,it was in the city center in an area called Garden City and exactly beside Four Seasons Hotel and Grand Hyatt Hotel so its a very well known place and all taxi drivers recognize it, its near to all vital areas in Cairo, the building has many offices and the floor which the hotel was at is beside the office of Military At

The reception - Mamook is very helpful and friendly. My gf felt uncomfortable with the rooms and he immediately changed the bed sheets and everything else but when my gf still feels uneasy because of the theme of the room, he changed a new room for me!! His actions has sincerely touched us and his practical tips and jovial character made our stay so memorable. He is warm, caring and cares for all the visitor! Keep it up ! He is truly a gem in the hotel.

Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its

The staff at breakfast are -
probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower.
It was very pleasant sitting in the floating bar/restaurant and watching the world go by on the river.

I liked about everything in this hotel. It was very clean, well situated, the staff was correct and friendly and the room was very quiet (not always so in Cairo). - The room, hotel staff very helpful and kind, I was made to feel very welcome and would stay with this hotel again.

Even in 2011 with all instability in Egypt, even the hotel is nearby (15 minutes walk) by the famous Tahrir Square, I had an excellent time in this hotel among nice, polite and friendly people.

Everything!!. Location is great. Very near you can find many coffee shops such as pizza hut, Costa cafe, MacDonald, Cinnamon. Easily to go to Mohandessin and Dokki-very near. Staff is polite and helpful with the guests. Rooms are clean and with good furniture inside. I like my stay there and i recommend this hotel for other guests.
