  This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We were in the middle of everything. Breakfast was also very good with such friendly ladies working there, cooking you eggs and meat to order. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

  We really loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful! Compared to other hotels in Europe, it was a great value! We paid for a room with a view and boy did we have a view. We were dead even with the clock tower! It was great!!! And we did NOT wake up at all through the night due to noise. The temp of the room was very comfortable.   The most amazing thing was the location. It was in a kind of court with restaurants and nice gift shops... And 30sec away from the old town square. As a female solo traveller... Room was massive and beautiful. Tbh there were 3 double beds - This was a gem of a find - very close to the old town without being caught up in the tourist trap necessarily. Being secluded on a quiet square with a view of the Tyn Church, the nights were very peaceful and the beds were the largest I've ever seen (exceptionally comfy as well).The bathroom had a large shower and bath as well as heated floors - which was a pleasant surprise on a cold autumn morning. Breakfast was a good standard of a continental style breakfast. Hotel also offers help setting

  It was located in the Old Town Square, in the heart of Prague. The staff all spoke very good English and the breakfast was good. There was a luggage room which we used after checking out at 11am which was very handy as our flight did not leave until 9pm. The hotel showers were excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - I felt like they went way above and beyond. Our room was amazing - a great view of the square and Tyn Church... a location that just couldn't be beat in my mind. And I thought the value was unreal for the location, room size and quality and service!!
