It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

  We spent 3 days in Prague last weekend. Location was excellent, next to Old Town Sq.(magical at night, Christmas tree and market stalls) and Charles Bridge. Huge apartment. Great Kitchen had every modern gadget including coffee machine and microwave, although we didn't use much as we out touring Prague from 9-9pm.   Loved this hotel! We have stayed at hotels all across Europe and these beds were by far the best we have ever slept on! The staff was wonderful and allowed us to have an early check in and late check out. They were very accommodating for our 8 month old baby! Location was fabulous!
