The owners of the apartment were incredibly friendly and greeted us with a drink and information on Dubrovnik. The apartment was incredibly clean and smelt wonderful. The interior was lovely, bed was comfy and everything worked. The location couldn't have been better- close to the city walls but far enough and off the road so there was little noise. Hotel Adria has the most amazing view in Dubrovnik! Big modern rooms, spacious bathroom. Everything is very clean. Very nice view over the port of Gruz. Our room had a big terrace and from what I could see most of the rooms have them. Free parking (in abundance), very easy to find, situated on the main road so if you are with a car very practical for trips to other towns along the coast (no need to enter the city). All in all, to me it seems like very good value for money. In most countries that I have been to you could find rooms like this only

Friendly and helpful staff. As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

We stayed in 2 different studios here one on the ground floor and one at the top of the house. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time.
Location is great right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town - close to everything.

It is located right in old town, in close proximity to a lot of attractions. The city wall is 5 mins away and so were the cable cars. The rooms were newly furnished so it felt clean and modern. Both staff were very friendly and were very willing to accomodate to our needs. Excellent hotel and great value for its price!

I love to swim and my boyfriend was able to stay indoors and work from his laptop in our air conditioned terrace Villa. The apartment was well placed in Dubrovnik only a three minute walk from the main gate into the city. It is right in the hub of things, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night and no noise can be heard from the nearby eateries. We were able to come back during the day several times. The shower was excellent and the bathroom newly fitted. Seeing where some of the apartments are in Dubrovnik i.e up several dozen stone steps the apartment Lepur is a winner!

Great location to the south side of the city within the city walls. Close to al the sights, bars and restaurants. The property is a house on three floors. Small kitchen, lounge and bathroom on ground. Bedrooms on first and second. Lots of space. No outsode space, you wont find that in any old town locations in Dubrovnik, but the top floor is bright and sunny. Close to bars etc, but totally peaceful at night. -
The owner, Antun, got in touch beforehand to make our arrival as easy as possible. We then received a very warm welcome from Anna at the old city gate. She was really helpful, kind and friendly.
The apartment is in a charming location high up next to the battlements. It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

The driver was waiting for us when we arrived. He took us to the
entrance to the old city where we met up with Ivana who walked us to the
apartment. She was wonderful. She showed us where to buy groceries,
pointed out where to find the best views, and told us about the area.

Location was great - a bit out of the way, so not too noisy. Up not too
many stairs to get there (though there is steep staircase inside). Ivana
(the owner) was really helpful and friendly. Good instructions and
communication on how to get to the apartment before we arrived and offer
of sorting out a taxi etc.
