  The building is located just a few hundred metres from the old town walls and is set on a beautiful hillside location with a great with over the sea and the old town itself. Getting to the building is easy; even if you don't like climbing stairs, there are not so many to get to the building. The apartment was incredibly clean and smelt wonderful. The interior was lovely, bed was comfy and everything worked. The location couldn't have been better- close to the city walls but far enough and off the road so there was little noise.   While we had to phone (the number is on the door) to let the owner know we had arrived he came promptly and let us in. No 24 hour staff but lots of useful information (including a Croatia Lonely Planet for use by guests). As it os said, it os about 1 km away from the City walls but it is a nice walk. Moreover, it is located near one of the only places where you can park your car for free. It has a wonderful view in the terrace and you really feel like you are at home. It has some beaches nearby with a classy restaurant.

It is located in an older building that is being refurbished and we loved being able to see all the old original tile/marble/etc, although some people might consider that a negative.   We stayed in the 1 bedroom at Nikole Bozidarevica Street 6. The apartment was spacious and neat. There was juice and some welcome candy in the room. The furnishings are nice but dated. The location is perfect. Easy to get to, no city stairs and just one flight of stairs in the courtyard. The owner is on site and is a fantastically nice lady - This is a lovely apartment with a great terrace. We have stayed here three times and have always had a great experience. Nada always makes us feel very welcome and ensures that our stay is very comfortable. We are certainly returning.

  Really great apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik old town. Spotless, good bathroom, really comfortable bed. We had the top room which had a great view over the old town, and, although in the heart of the town, was really quiet at night. The city wall is 5 mins away and so were the cable cars. The rooms were newly furnished so it felt clean and modern. Both staff were very friendly and were very willing to accomodate to our needs. Excellent hotel and great value for its price!

We like to stay in apartments, because we want to have the option of cooking our own meals, and because it is generally more economical than staying in a hotel. All you have to do in go down several flights of stairs and out the door, and you are on the Stradun, the pedestrian main street that goes through the old city. The location cannot be beat. It is right in the hub of things, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night and no noise can be heard from the nearby eateries. We were able to come back during the day several times. The shower was excellent and the bathroom newly fitted. Seeing where some of the apartments are in Dubrovnik i.e up several dozen stone steps the apartment Lepur is a winner!

Small kitchen, lounge and bathroom on ground. Bedrooms on first and second. Lots of space. It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

  We booked a ride to and from the airport through the apartment owners. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived. He took us to the entrance to the old city where we met up with Ivana who walked us to the apartment. She was wonderful. She showed us where to buy groceries, pointed out where to find the best views, and told us about the area. The apartment has a bathroom just inside the entrance at street level and a bedroo - Large comfy king size bed Clean and well presented. New bathroom Location was great - a bit out of the way, so not too noisy. Up not too many stairs to get there (though there is steep staircase inside). Ivana (the owner) was really helpful and friendly. Good instructions and communication on how to get to the apartment before we arrived and offer of sorting out a taxi etc.
