  Staff from the Concierge to the reception was excellent with a good command of English (Which is very rare in China). The building itself is in a shopping mall with some good brands as well as a Starbucks and Cold Stone Creamery outlet. I only stayed one night on transit, so can't say much.   A very comfortable room in all ways, bed, bathroom etc. the pool was gorgeous, not crowded and great temperature. Also liked the spa before swimming. Loved the welcome plate of fresh fruit, chocolates and bottle of red wine. - Staff kindness. Excellent room organization, everything handy.
