The staff here truly made our stay incredible! Jane at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help us out with bookings and wrote directions in Chinese for us so we could show taxi drivers. The rooms were big, clean, and had the most comfortable beds we stayed in in all of china! We loved the fun decorations and theme to the hotel.. The restaurant on the main floor had excellent service (a rare find in china) and prices were a little steep, but aril not bad.

This was a highly historical place with fantastic ancient architecture and furnishings in the central part of Suzhou's historical Pinjiang district which I would highly recommend to anyone with an interest to experience the best Suzhou has to offer!

Close to everything. Very friendly staff. One of the staff helped and guided us to the public bus to the train station, since it was rush hour and was impossible to find a taxi. (Unfortunately we realized that it was the wrong train station when we arrived there and we had to a taxi to the right one.)
