Everything was new and fresh. All electrics and plumbing worked.

Lovely grand hotel 40 minutes outside Chengdu city. Enourmous very comfortable bed with plush linens. Loved that the bathroom opened up into the bedroom. The staff are faultless. They arranged our 'hold a baby panda' experience ahead of time with wonderful ease and efficiency - thank you Jessie! The room was suburb, large, clean and comfortable with a lovely view. It's a bit out of Chengdu- but if you are there for a panda cuddle and nothing else it's just perfectly located 5 minutes from the park with a free regular shuttle.
