  Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie.   We had booked a 2-bedroom family suite, which was apparently not available when we arrived--so for the same price were upgraded to a junior suite (living room, br, 1-1/2 baths) and adjacent deluxe room...very elegant and even more luxurious than we'd expected. Decor of hotel very grand with beautiful staircases and impressive entrance! Would definitely recommend this hotel (and whole family would too!)

And it's a very affordable place. I very much want to stay at this hotel again. I get happy just thinking about it. Highly recommend.

  We love the area and the Chinese style of the hotel and the fact that it is very quiet although we are in the center of a very active Hutong - The chinese style of the place. The breakfast, simple but nice good value for money. Nice staff. The courtyards... quite and authentic.
