  We absolutely loved this place! The location can't be beat...one minute walk to all tourist sites but far enough off the main square to avoid being kept up at night with noise. The room was very cute..2 separate sleeping areas and a beautiful view of the neighboring park and St. Lawrence River. The room was immaculately clean as well. You can open your window which I like. It is quiet and clean, although nothing fancy.

  I enjoyed use of the hot tub, though the hot tub could have been on a warmer temperature. Interestingly, maybe you folks up in Quebec can handle cold better than heat, I just left it at that. - The staff was very friendly, and the English speaking staff were eager to help the French speaking staff while communicating with us.

  I stayed at this hotel for one night because I was leaving for Cuba that week. The hotel is offering the round-trip to the airport (Only 5 minutes from the hotel) and they can guard the car for the week too (They are keeping our keys at the desk for safety).   The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

  Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time .
