  This quaint hotel is full of old world charm. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was more than accomodating. We arrived before noon and had no problem checking in early with no additional cost involved which allowed us plenty of time to tour old Quebec which was only a 5-10 minute walk away.   Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. I have never stayed in such a luxurious suite. I didn't want to get out of the bed in the morning. Merci bien!
