We've stayed with 2 little children.
The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat

had two different people at different times say good morning it was
awesome to feel that important, I even left my bracelet there and they

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. I like the extra emenities - ie: popcorn for late-night snack, plus fresh fruit, juice/water, &

Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. The room was well laid out for my purposes. I also liked the fact that the heat/air unit was on the quiet side, a nice change from other facilities that I've stayed at.

Although I was not traveling with my dogs this trip, I was pleased to see you are dog friendly. Your staff were very friendly and attentative to my needs. I have passed along my recommendation to a friend, who is a Manager of a travel agency in N.B. for her use and reference. -

Parking and wifi were free. A very good breakfast was included with real crockery and cutlery, not plastic. Room was large and had fridge, two arm chairs and a coffee table. Located close to Downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. -

My family checked into the hotel at 10:30 pm on Thursday March 28, 2013 and the clerk on duty was bright, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Staff like this made my stay positive and memorable. -

we really liked the easy access to all the city spots we enjoy,our children live 10 minutes away from the hotel..we liked that the rooms were cool and we enjoyed the small balconywe look forward to our next trip early september. -

The facility was very nice and plenty to offer in terms of restaurants and fitness/pool activities. The buffet was excellent in the Garden Court and several families were dining while I was there. Staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed anything over my stay. I would also like to thank their on site security as the people in the room

Rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The water
slide was our favorite! When traveling with children it was a perfect
way to have fun and burn off energy upon our arrival and again, because
it was open by 6 A.M. we took them again upon rising which burned that
energy once again and made them ready for the days journey. We enjoyed
our stay so much that we booked it a second time on our journey home!

Wonderful front desk people...did their best to meet our needs! Also the food was excellent in restaurant .The waitress in the lounge was fun and the free drink was a nice touch. -
Our trip was for a medical appointment, Our doctor is close and that is why we chose this. We were treated very well and even got an upgrade. What a treat.

We really liked the room. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. My spouse forgot his room key and the reception did their job by not letting him get to the room until verifying that he was a guest. The decor was gorgeous—we loved the use of space, and how the furnishings created different areas in the small suite. The location was great, too. We walked downtown and back for shopping. We got takeout at the South Asian restaurant next door. We picked up things at the Safeway across the street. We grabbed coffee at the Starbucks in the Safeway.

Good location, everything nearby - 17th avenue, restaurants, malls, safeway etc. Full kitchen equipment and washing machine allows to save money when travelling for few days, especially with kids. Good planning of the room. Despite location in the city center we did not experience any issues with the security.
