I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me. No wonder this place is number one at Calgary airport!
Enthusiastic and motivated staff, a huge room with big bathroom (with bath), good restaurant which isn't too overpriced, beautifully comfortable beds and a good gym and swimming pool.
The location is spot on. No aircraft noise but close enough to the airport to be there in 15 mins door-to-doo

Despite the fact that the hotel looked really luxurious, the staff were very friendly and down do earth.
The decor was amazing and the rooms were very spacious.
No charge for wireless internet connection.
A fabulous business office where you could keep in touch with your work.
Very nice pool and some outdoor patio spaces.
The beds were awesome - I mean really comfortable.
There is a Starbucks on site - how good can it get?
The rates were reasonable too!
Loved it! Will go back when I am in Calg

Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize. The first night was a BBQ, together with the hot breakfasts a definite must-stay for next year! The rooms were spacious and the beds were exquisite! Bravo to the friendly housekeepers, always courteous and smiling! -

Although we did not use the fitness facilities we did check them out and were very impressed. Will definitely make time to use them next visit.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.

The friendly staff, the indoor water park big pool and particularily the
kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door
wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room!

Wasn't to sure about the quality when I checked in. The lobby was dated, and looking old. When I got to my room it was quite a pleasant surprise!!! Close to Calgary airport this well run complex was a nice welcome to Canada. Our only meal there was a good quality breakfast. Large room was very comfortable. No noise from busy road.

Free Shuttle service to Airport
Being dealt by first come first served. The phone rang whilst I was at the desk where the phoning customer was placed on hold, whilst I was being served. I hate being queue jumped by a telephone call!!

The room was perfect, the service from the front desk was great - they called after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent! Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this hotel! -
This hotel is obviously catering to business clients and was perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Recommended.

Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. Closeness to airpoirt/shuttle - The bed was very comfortable and there were adequate pillows. There wasno extra charge for a local telephone call. They did accommodate us aswe required a late check out.
