  Staff was very helpful with giving suggestions for the activities in the city and spoke good English. Rooms are very nice and neat. Breakfast was excellent! One of the best we had in Brazil. Location is very safe, which is important if you visit Salvador. No one could visit and not appreciate the care and thought that has gone into the design and attention to detail, especially in the bay-facing rooms, with their balconies and spacious, comfortable rooms.   The owners (a friendly Brasilian/French couple) are really super!! They are punctual and caring for their customers. You will receive plenty of good tips from them and they are polyglots. We liked the location in the center of the old Salvador, it's easy and within walking distance of all interesting seeings. Great personal,, actually the European owners are so welcoming that you forget every negative detail about the city or your trip. They give the best advices, arrange airport transfer and nice chatting in many languages which you may not find in elsewhere in Salvador. They try to find solution for all special needs.

  Staff is AMAZING! Simple hotel, no luxuries, but clean, close to banks, pharmacy, shopping mall, and one block from the beach. Plenty of transportation to everywhere. Simple but tasteful breakfast included in price. Would stay there again. I found this hotel last minute, when changing from a bad one I had reserved.   The staff were awesome, they were really helpful and went above and beyond. The breakfasts were great, with lots of variety. My private room was huge and most of the dorms I saw were good too (the four beds in particular). - the front desk staff Daniel and Juan were very helpful and warm.
