  The location is just perfect. It is right in the center of the old city center (upper city). A perfect location to explore Salvador. The area the hotel is in is newly renovated and is safe to walk around freely during days and nights. Staff speaks really good English and are extremely helpful. The staff are among the nicest, most helpful and accommodating I've found in all my travelling. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the bed could have slept 4 people! The location of the hotel was great for tourists, shopping (although touristy shopping mostly) and taxis were abundant and within a 1 minute walk. Good restaurants were plentiful within walking distance as well.

The breakfast was delicious. - the staff is polite and gives you all the information and the attention a guest needs.The position is good just close to the "farol" and beaches and restaurants. Salvador can be a bit daunting so it's good to be just on the edge of Pelhourino but only 5 mins walk downhill.

  the hotel is very close to an area with some nice restaurants and bars. the staff was very helpful, they have an afternoon soup for a snack. ocean is right across the street. but there are better locations with better beaches. we just took the bus or taxi to them. - The staff were all very helpful and made every effort to help when possible.
