We had a problem with our car during our stay and they helped us tremendously - making phone calls to garages, driving us to collect the car and lending us bikes to use.   Our host was fantastic - we arrived earlier than we were supposed to and she invited us to come in - our room (the King Room) was beautiful and looked out onto the garden. The gardens were gorgeous and the owner even let us use her own personal bicycle because the guest bicycles were already in use.
