ceiling; a few beautiful sitting areas and a bar. Receptionist: friendly
but not knowledgeable enough, not even able to recommend a restaurant

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Brugge many times and have never been dissapointed. I was wary of booking a hotel on line as it was my first time, I held my breath walking into the hotel worrying what it would really be like and i was delighted to say we were greeted by a guy at reception that couldn't have been nicer and friendlier he gave us a map of brugge and outlined the sites and places to go. Also, on Sunday they let you check out at 5:00p.m. A real bonus when you have a late train. I will look for other NH hotels when I travel from now on.

komfort, wystroj wnetrz - lovely hotel to the north of Bruges but a good position to walk around all of the town etc.Pretty Japanese garden, nice bar area and a really extensive breakfast with lots of choice for a buffet including bacon and sausage etc.
Bedroom was spacious and very attractive with excellent air conditioning
