Please note that bed linen is not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Housed in a former diamond cutting mill that dates back to 1918, the self-catering Casa Fratelli provides easy access to the medieval town of Bruges with its Market Square and Belfry, just a 15-minute stroll away. The hardwood floors and warm colour scheme of the spacious vacation house will make you feel right at home. The split-level accommodation is set above an interior design shop in a peaceful residential area. When you take the stairs to the first floor of the house, you will enter an elegant living room which comprises a seating corner and a wooden dining table. Here, you can unwind after a day of sightseeing in Bruges, watch TV or play a board game with your friends or family. In winter, you can relax in front of the crackling fireplace. To prepare meals, you can use the state-of-the art gas cooker that is fitted in the kitchen. Further amenities include a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven and kitchenware. Two bedrooms with 3 double beds and a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower are located upstairs. Further amenities such as WiFi and cable channels will also render your stay enjoyable. A bakery, a butcher and several other (grocery) shops can be reached within an easy walking distance from the Fratelli House. If you don’t feel like cooking, you can also visit one of the nearby restaurants for a tasty lunch or dinner. You can take a bus going into Bruges’ centre just 100 metres from the vacation home. There is a large choice of cultural and historical landmarks in Bruges, but if you prefer the countryside, you should definitely pay a visit to the town of Damme. A 17-minute drive will take you the Belgian seaside, where you can go for a long walk on the beach or have a tasty ice cream or waffle. The holiday home is easily accessible by car.
