  Loved the initiative of the staff to contact me to ensure that I had all the details re key pick up. This made me feel that I was more than a name on a booking sheet. The bed was luxuriously comfortable. The tea and coffee supplies were great. The staff were professional and also very friendly. It's definitely the level of 'Can do" attitude that would bring me back here rather than something more g - The view from the balcony over the bay was spectacular, and the food in the restaurant was everything reviews have said...it's excellent. The hotel is a beautiful old building, much nicer to stay in than a modern hotel.

  My son and I loved staying here, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable. We will make it our yearly holiday stay.
