2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, well equipped with all facilities, clean & comfortable... great for a family. Quiet location, walking distance to city & great selection of restaurants. Secure parking and friendly staff all contributed to a great weekend's accommodation. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Townsville. -

The fact that as soon as we walked into the room we were greeted with a fresh clean smell and the whole room was clean. This seems to be a rare thing these days because cleaning products are not used in every place that we have been to, some just use water and one cloth for everything.

Everything is perfectly clean. There is even no cobwebs on the carport, what is very unusual for Townsville. Perfect attention to detail regarding cleaning.
Nothing fancy equipped, but beds very comfortable and kitchen with all necessities.

The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble from booking my
skydive for me to charging my phone when my charger broke. Tabitha and
Steve were such lovely people, I wish I had more time there. The
apartment was immaculate and really comfortable and there was a lovely
pool. It was also in a nice, quiet location very close to the Strand.

The staff were extremely friendly and happy to give me a room with a city view after already allocating our room. The view was magical and the location was central. It was the most comfortable bed I've slept in away from my own bed and the facilities were beautiful....perfect for my romantic getaway... -

The gardens were magnificent the rooms big and very posh - we were in the king suite! The staff, were ,as is usually the case your very best assetts Kims welcome and help at reception makes a very good first impression. -

We booked 2 apartments for our family, young adlts in one apartment and adults with small children in the other. We were placed next door to each other which made it fantastically easy to go from one to the other. Checking in late and not having to pay till the morning was a Godsend, especially with small children.
Being so close to the Strand and the water park was the biggest selling point for us.
The apartment was very roomy.

Didn't know the Ridgemont existed until I found while searching on line, a little secluded but close to most things around the city. My wife and I had an upper level room for 2 nights, brilliant view, great to sit on balcony looking out over Strand and Maggie Island. Good value.
Requested 6 meals, 2 x 3 types,(on a night meals not usually served)

Proximity to The Strand, a credit to Townsville Council. Room was clean and neat. TV needs replacing soon, screen pixelating continually.

We stayed here for two nights and got a special for the room, it had a great room with foxstar, we loved it. The bed was wonderful we hardly got out,
room service was although a little on the pricey side AMAZING
it's in a great area, close to everything. We're defiantly staying again! -

EVERYTHING!!! A great destination, the motel was spotless, staff friendly, it was wonderful. Very highly recommended, will go back. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The view was fantastic, sit on the balcony, well shaded in the heat of the afternoon (with a breeze) and watch jet skiers, sail boarders, sailing boats, the Red Baron, Magnetic Island, local and o/seas shipping and have eagles riding the thermals just in front of you and the convience of the Strand and the beach l

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was in a beautiful location with a balcony overlooking the river. About 10 mins drive to Townsville but if you don't want to drive after a long journey there plenty off restaurants within a short walk . The staff were very helpful, excellent value for money.
