It makes us want to come back t - Arrived from the usa to Australia and was allowed to check in early. Front desk staff was Excellent. They were very helpful and knowledgeable as was our first time there! Hotel is clean, bed is very very comfortable and had plenty of hot water! (That was from other post we read before we got there!) Hotel in an excellent location in the cbd. It's not a luxury hotel but it would be a hotel I would choose again.

We were also walked through by Joanne after we arrived for our second stay to be shown easier access from outdoors to lower ground. Sure there are things that need some fixing up, and yeh it's not the Hilton, but it sure is a great friendly and convenient place to stay and relax.   The location was great. We had an access to the beach which was about 10 min walk, pubs, groceries. Public transport was awesome, it took only 15 min to get to the cbd and 25 min to Circular Quay. I have seen other backpackers or hotels nearby but this hotel really stands out to be classy for the money spent.
