Our 3 night stay was so nice we booked another 2 nights. On our first arrival wee were greeted by Alvin at the front desk who was absolutely delightful, very professional, polite and helpful and this was just one reason for us to return for another 2 nights. Staff are excellent I stay here often and each time the service is
amazing. I tried to stay at another hotel close by as the hgc was very
expensive during peak season, it was an absolute disaster. I will only
ever stay at the chancellor when I visit Hobart.
Thank you to the staff, the service is faultless in particular the front of house staff, the concierges, housekeeping and room service. A particular thank you to the chef for accommodating my dietary requirements. Fabulous and can't wait to

A standout for me was my interaction with staff members. Having flexibility on a business trip is critical and they went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure everything was set up and ready to go. I also enjoyed the conference rooms and the set up there - very efficient service and a great training venue. -

The location is great. It is at the foothills of a mountain which was
half covered by the clouds on the day we were there. It was just
beautiful. The manager is a nice South African man who enjoys talking to
customers and bring them to see the local fauna 3 times per week. Shame
we spent just one night there.. But we'll go back. -

Staff were friendly and at the time pool was being retiled, but we were able to use the one at the casino and were offered to travel in a shuttle bus if needed. Room quite spacious and had everything you needed and a nice lawn area near our villa where you could sit and enjoy. Bolters restaurant was also good and we were there with a group of kids

Excellent staff who went out of their way to make sure you had a great stay. Spacious rooms - simple but comfortable with cooking facilities. Lots of wild life (birds, ducks, rabbits). Bistro and Grill served delicious meals at reasonable prices. By car just 12 minutes from the airport and 6 minutes to Launceston / Cataract Gorge.

The ambience was more auspicious than many "casino" hotels who have the feel of a pub with some pokies... The Olde Tudor provided us with excellent accommodation for our golf week in Launceston. It was central to all of the Golf Courses and was in close proximity of eateries, bars, shops and transport. The facilities(pool, spa and sauna) were also an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and modern and more than adequate in size and facilities.

There were 2 couples and we had the 2 bedroomed apartment. Extremely roomy and comfy. We certainly enjoyed not being on top of each other in the kitchen area. We would recommend this place to others. -

Furnishings retro but whats old is new. Bistro value for money & food was excellent. At night you can see the paddy melons & rabbits come out to feed.

The village apartment was very spacious and comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

we had originally booked into A room next to the pool and stayed in it 1 night,but unfortunately the bed was A bit too soft and it upset my husbands back problem. we asked if we could get A room with A much firmer bed and the staff were more than helpful they were brilliant, we moved up to the 1st floor with A view over the bay and it was A lovely

was perhaps a little run down in the room we were in and outside surroundings were not the most picturesque we stayed in, in Tasmania but as we only needed a place to shower sleep and do the washing it was just fine for one night thanks . Bay of Fires is beautiful
