It was our first visit to High Chaparral, but hopefully not the last.The room was very clean and comfortable. Enough packing space. Bed was very comfortable.Kitchen area very adequate.
Good outdoor BBQ area. Location great - near the Esplanade, shops and airport. Good price for the facilities as a lot of budget accommodation have shared bathrooms.

Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast.
Very convenient very clean very comfortable.
Shame we didn't get time for pool.
Short but very sweet stay.

Everything was Excellent.
Friendly Warm Greeting by lovely staff.
We stayed in room 60 which has a spa. Room is very large, small stove, microwave, Iron, Very comfortable bed. Just brilliant.
When we stayed it was very windy and not a bit of rubbish anywhere. Well done especially for a place this size. Salt Water Pool, Gazebo and Bbq are immaculat

Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina.
We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy.
Easy to book on line.
A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.

little welcoming touches like fresh roses in the room and little
decorative bits and piece here and there. A few popular magazines were
also in the room. The grounds were particularly well cared for. It was

During the resent floods in Bundaberg we stayed at the motel because we had no boat left. The welcome we received was wonderful. During our stay the power went out and food was limited but they allowed us to continue staying and the even fed us. They even had a generator and allowed us to charge phones and computers. I can not recommend the Rivers

The hotel Manager was totally awesome, friendly and welcoming as we had travelled 5 hours to get there and nothing was too much trouble, Dined at Motel 98 Steakhouse restaurant and did not book and it was fully booked out and he fitted us in and the meal was exceptional best we have ever tasted.
