Norm and his staff treated you just like family could not do enough to accommodate us. Loved the horses was one of the reasons we went to get more confident on them and Susan river is unique as you get a lot of freedom to be with the horse unlike other trails where horses just follow each other in one line and don't divert. -

The Lodge is perfectly located. Very quiet at night, consequently a good night sleep. The Restaurant is excellent. Close to the shopping strip and being in a Lovely Country Town. -

The building and units themselves are designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular views. The accommodation is of a high standard and immaculately clean. The location right next to the beach and with access straight on to the main street of Caloundra is excellent. Design and elegance of rooms and Hotel. Everything has been thought of down to bathroom lighting at night. Clean Eygyptian cotton white hygenically washed bed linen instead of re used bedspread expected for 5 star. Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

The pictures and decor and large Tv and private outdoor area was an asset, but I was extremely excited to see the coffee percolator and ground coffee beans supplied. I have never seen that anywhere before, well done. Thankyou for an extremely enjoyable stay.

The ferry -
Location was great. Easy access to CityCat and free Hop On Hop Off Ferry. Walkable to Southbank with many restaurants, cultural venues, great promenade, park like environment and the lovely man-made lagoon. Would go back to Brisbane in a heart beat.
A bit of a mix-up with our reservation. They had us down for the night after we had reserved. Brigitte at front desk was great and found a room for us with 2 beds (which was what we had requested). Not too sure what happened with that!

The position is sensational, next door to all services you need like massage, supermarket, beautician, hair, post office, restaurants, clothes shopping all while being across the road to the beach. The view is fantastic! The apartment was very well appointed and stylish. Loved the Managers, both husband and wife go the extra mile to help you. A perfect holiday town and this was an excellent accommodation choice.

We stayed in the king spa room. Although it said it was a 2 person spa, i doubt that my husband and i could both fit in it, but enjoyed seperate spa's. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the best hotel beds we have slept in. Breakfast was includeded and it was a great selection. Would stay there again. -

The spa was a real treat and had us relaxed in no time.
there is a great bookshop / cafe a few minutes walk away among many other typical small county town shops. We spent an enjoyable few hours looking through them and enjoying some country hospitality.
