  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Was central to everything. Was very peaceful. Had activities for the kids to keep them occupied and most of all was the price which was very reasonable.   They were great! We had an unplanned late arrival and I had been unable to call to warn them. When we arrived they were closed and I was terrified that we would have a problem. Made dinner there one night and was impressed with the dishes and cooking tools provided. The bathroom is a bath house, but we were just acros - The location was awesome and with in short walking distance to public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and happy to assist in anyway they could.

  Didn't know the Ridgemont existed until I found while searching on line, a little secluded but close to most things around the city. My wife and I had an upper level room for 2 nights, brilliant view, great to sit on balcony looking out over Strand and Maggie Island. Good value. Requested 6 meals, 2 x 3 types,(on a night meals not usually served)... co mówią ludzie » and was very pleased with service, quality and quantity. Great view from dining area. Didn't get around to utilising the pool, spa or BBQ are but the - Proximity to The Strand, a credit to Townsville Council. Room was clean and neat. TV needs replacing soon, screen pixelating continually. Reception staff (owners ?) were very helpful with directions.
