  Ibis was able to provide the support we needed when preparing for an early start with a planned Adventure holiday. Staff were exceptionally supportive, ensuring out of hours arrival and departure could be managed with bags being stored safely.   The reception staff is the best. I forgot her name but she was excellent. Very efficient and friendly. Made sure I never missed anything including the pick up taxi even though she wasn't on duty. The pool is well maintained bui didn't have enough time for it. I saw families catching fun. Very close to cbd. Rooms were maintained daily with fresh towels as required. It had a pool for relaxation. I look forward to returning in the future and would recommend it to anyone.
