The hotel turned out better than we expected. The staff were very friendly and informative, and the atmosphere was nice. The room was perfect; the appearance and set up as well as the cleanliness. On top of that, the spa and pool facilities were very good, and the dining was great too.

We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. Got upgraded to a junior suite gorgeous room. loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Highly recommend that its the best place to stay while in Sydney!!

We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

loved the location perfect for access to see the Opera Carmen at Mrs Macquaire :Point. Loved being able to walk through Royal Botanical Gardens (had a picnic) and easy acces to shopping with the free green bus just up the road. Our view from 2218 was excellent - we were really thrilled.

My fiancé and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at the Shangri La. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed only for one night and I loved my stay there. The hotel is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is close to everywhere. The view from the hotel was great. Breakfast was also fantastic and had a good selection. Hotel Staff was excellent and very helpful.
