I loved everything about the Bower!!
The cabin is beautiful, great design and very welcoming. I loved the glass doors and windows leading out to the decking.
I loved the decking area, we spotted plenty of wildlife and the sound of the birds made for a very peaceful atmosphere.

All the features of the motel, from furnishings to the site we stayed in and the excellent staff. I will be recommending The Grand Mercure Hills Lodge to everyone I know who are planning to stay in Sydney and I intend to make it one of my first stops next time I visit Sydney. We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. We really enjoyed having a room that was peaceful and well cared for. We enjoyed the clean environment and the ability to walk to any shops without having to use transport. We loved the warm pool and the various services offered (pool service, breakfast, clean towels). The staff were professional (could be a little more friendly).

We booked last minute while traveling down the coast. The location is sensational and the view from our room was really great. We were travelling with our 2 year old son and a cot was made available to us without any problems. The staff was really helpfull and friendly. Dinner in the Restaurant was also very good. Lamington national Park is a beatiful place and while we only could see little in the 2 days we had we were quite amazed by the area.

the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; shower was excellent and the radio worked! A working radio is a rarity among hotels these days
