  I love everything about this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in Sydney. The atmosphere, the character, the style and the wonderful staff. I recently had to return there at a distressing time, a funeral, I was upgraded to a beautiful waterside room, a bottle of ch - The location , the great spirit of the staff reflected in their work ethic and translated back to me. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney. We felt welcome. The location is simply stunning and uplifting.

  Spacious rooms, a very warm welcome and a beautiful pool and spa. We were welcomed with a glass of complimentary bubbly and when we got back to the hotel at night, we found a night cap with some chocolate waiting on us in our room.   Absolutely everything! We were particularly impressed with the staff, who stuck just the right level of assistance -professional, friendly and helpful.The decor is beautiful. The staff were really helpful and on hand to help us, even though their houses were at risk. This is a great location for all of the sights. We requested something for the room and it was immediate. There is a good choice of food available
