As I have trouble negotiating stairs, I was impressed to find a lift in this motel.
There was plenty of undercover parking, and I found a spot directly in front of reception and the lift.
The staff were extremely helpful and obbliging, and assisted me in making phonecalls to sort out a problem with my credit card on arrival.

Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful. This was booked as a one night stop over between the sunshine coast and sydney, however, after a night in the Mid-Pacific motel we would have actually liked to stay for a while in Port Macquarie for a couple of days longer. The rooms were really well presented, clean, fresh and welcoming. My fiance and I booked the executive room and were surprised at the quality of the room for the low cost. We will be returning and making this a frequent stop

Check in was quick and room was very spaceous and clean. Great value for money. Wifi worked a treat and the owners Rhys & Larysa were very pleasant - clearly they work hard at keeping the place running in tip top condition. The accommodation was very clean, even had complimentary shampoo, shower cap and soap, along with a very generous supply of tea and coffee etc. Despite being on a very busy road, the place was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen seemed to be quite new, as well as being fresh and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at El Paso, the staff for friendly especially the lovely couple who run the restaurant they gave us tips of where to go site seeing and restaurants. The location was a total bonus we didn't use our car the whole 4 days we were there except once when we drove along the beach side to view the lookouts, beaches & lighth

Location is ideal (particularly for Glasshouse). Good beds, reasonable facilities, although the buildings are shabby. Breakfast is ok, but water for tea/coffee should be heated before breakfast time. It was always lukewarm until well after opening hours (this should be in not like section)

Very child friendly! We were put in a bigger room to accommodate the fact that we had a toddler with us. The room was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, excellent Wifi, and the motel is in a quiet location.
Hotel offers a lot of extras, like free bike hires, gourmet coffee upon check-in, shuttle service, and ability to charge meals to the hotel from a selected list of local restaurants.

Had a very enjoyable stay, walking distance to the beach and the town. Beds were comfy and the pillows were firm, unlike some hotels I stayed in on my holiday. Had a lovely view of the river and the pool. -

We only stayed one night as we were in Port Macquarie for a Floral art workshop and were able to leave our bags early on the way through. If we had needed to stay for the three nights as others did around the town it would have had everything we needed and space to work on designs at night.

Neil and Christine were lovely hosts accomodating my family perfectly. The pool was clean and water was warm. Other facilities were also great. The room was clean and the location was also good. Walking distance to family friendly tavern and a short car ride into the heart of town. will definately stay there agin if travelling that way.

I found it easy to sleep here because the rooms were clean and quiet. Not stingy with the milk (unlike most other motels) - ample fresh milk was provided in a jug for coffee and tea. -
