The location was convenient, having a shop inside the hotel was so handy. Staff were very friendly, I liked being able to pay for a late check out. I had friends visit and they were impressed with the facilities and the cost was very reasonable. The accommadation and facilities were comfortable and well equipped.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and has great access to the Cat (free city Buses) services of Perth, also straight across the road is a mall with factory outlet stores for the shopper.

Hi Guys, I booked this Motel for my son and his partner as we often stay here and love the location and friendly staff, Our Kids just needed to get away as they have a baby due soon and what better place to stay than the Comfort Inn Bel Eyre Perth.

I have stayed at Goodearth a few times, I like the close proximity to the city-walking distance also buses outside if needed. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.The rooms are well maintained. I love the meals "food to go" that can be purchased in the motel that can be either delivered to your room, or eaten in the lounge area.

The lady on the front desk as we checked in was amazing we were travelling from the UK so had a lot of questions and she could answer all and if she didnt know something ask a member of staff and came straight back to us with the answer also the manager allowed us to keep the car on site to save parking fines on the day we checked out awesome serv

For someone who wants to be near Kings Park and just a little distance away from city, Sullivans is truly a great location.
Our room is cleaned daily and the staffs are really helpful in providing helpful information; directing my husband and I to take the (free) Blue Cat bus to go to Woollies (Woolworths) instead of driving and having to pay parking fees.

We loved the clean modern design, stand up shower, the artwork, climate control, safety features (room card in elevator), computers with free Internet in the lobby, free wifi in the lobby, baggage storage space upon arrival and departure, comfortable lobby area, quiet rooms, good selection of tv channels, comfortable bed etc!!! The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Receptionist was so good at her job I advised the owner to ensure they strive to retain her as a member of staff. It was a very good stroll to the city centre if you enjoy a walk otherwise the free bus service was available at the front entrance. -
