  I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. Did lack a dining table. I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get. Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect. The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

  I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett. Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

  Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Price ($154) was very reasonable. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. - The staff is really nice.   The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a... co mówią ludzie » bargain, plus "JP" picked me up in the shuttle bus upon my return to take me back to the motel. This is a fantastic service. I would not hesitate to - myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning. i cannot say enough how amazing i found this hotel, and would

  We had an enjoyable time. Staff great - very helpful, nothing too much trouble, room- very roomy, good size, comfortable, very clean, great quiet location, stones throw from everything. Will not be staying in city from now on , will be staying at Crest on Barkly. Wish I had known about this place years ago ! Staff are always friendly and helpful, resturant meals.breakfast etc. very filling with a good variety and chef's will make to order. Very close to public transport including buses and Trams into the city and St. Kilda.
